Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nuniz Cairo. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please review our returns and refund policy below:
- Timeframe: You may return your purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Foundation's guidelines.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition.
- Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns of custom-made or personalized items (including items that have been monogrammed ). Sale items are not eligible for a return, refund or store credit.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, you may do so within 30 days of the original purchase. You will be responsible for any price difference.
- Exchanges must be with the same means of purchase.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refunds within 14 days, please check your bank account first. If you still have not received your refund, please contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
