- Stitching or construction problems that affect the functionality of the product.
- Damage to the leather or materials that occur without any external cause or impact.
What's Not Covered:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents.
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, or stains.
- Damage resulting from exposure to extreme conditions, such as water, heat, or chemicals.
- Modifications or alterations made to the product by anyone other than Nuniz Cairo.
Claiming Warranty:
If you believe your Nuniz Cairo product has a manufacturing defect or craftsmanship issue covered by our warranty, please follow these steps:

- Our team will guide you through the warranty process, which may include returning the product to the Maadi store for evaluation.
- Once the issue is assessed and confirmed to be covered by our warranty, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
