Return Policy:

1. Timeframe: You may return your purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Foundation's guidelines.

2. Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition.

3. Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns of custom-made or personalized items (including items that have been monogrammed ). Sale items are not eligible for a return, refund or store credit. 

Refund Policy:

1. Refunds: Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, you may do so within 30 days of the original purchase. You will be responsible for any price difference.
3. Exchanges must be with the same means of purchase.
4. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refunds within 14 days, please check your bank account first. If you still have not received your refund, please contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
5. Pre-orders are non-refundable as they are customized upon request.
6. All refunds for purchases made by card will be processed to the same card used at checkout. Cash refunds will not be issued for card payments, even in the case of gifts. For purchases made in cash, refunds will be issued in cash as well.
   
7. Customized orders with initials are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
